Website purpose

This website provides information about Kadaya Consulting and lets you request coordination support. Sending a form does not create a construction contract, an approved referral partnership, or a guarantee of service availability.

Coordination and licensed work

Kadaya coordinates projects and documentation. Roofing inspections and work are performed by LuxBuilt, an independent licensed roofing contractor. Scope, scheduling, and work agreements must be confirmed with the responsible licensed professional.

Kadaya does not negotiate insurance claims or act as a public adjuster. Insurance companies decide coverage. Licensing support does not issue, guarantee, or expedite a license. Kadaya does not provide legal advice.

Accurate requests and photo permissions

Provide accurate contact and project information and submit only photos or documents you are authorized to share. Do not use the forms to send harmful content, confidential information belonging to others without permission, or misleading records. Request photos remain private unless separate public use permission is established.

Communication and consent

We may respond to the contact method you provide about your request. SMS consent is optional, is recorded separately, and can be withdrawn by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Sending a request is not consent to unrelated marketing.

Website information and technical services

General website information is not a quote, coverage decision, license determination, or professional legal opinion. Links to outside resources are provided for reference, and those services control their own content and policies. Browser storage and technical request records support website operation and session attribution.
